LISTED: It takes a weekend...

...of laughing until you cry...
...of crying until you laugh...
...of watching good reruns...
...of sleeping in bunkbeds...
...of listening to friends...
...of taking care of someone else other than yourself...
...of going for a walk....
...of drinking until you throw up...
...of trying to win, and losing...
...of trying to lose, and finding...
...of singing until you're hoarse...
...of having pijama-party-like conversations...
...of dancing until your head spins...
...of hearing confessions...
...of almost conquering the world...
...of cooking successfully...
...of belonging somewhere...
...of consuming endless amounts of chocolate...
...of having no access to internet...
...of packing your bags...
...of breathing fresh air...
...of sleeping from the exhaustion of happiness...
...of taking long drives...
...of needing nothing...
...of wanting everything...
...of needing no one...
...of being home...

...to make you realize that life goes on.
That life went on.
And so did you.

  2. It took a (marvelous) weekend to find out that even if you were far, you were never really gone :)

  3. Sometimes you turn out to be the most suprised person when you realize you've survived something so awful you could not imagine it.

Hurray to the wonderful condition that makes human beings survivors!
